EmpowerHer is the Fraser Coast’s only Women in Business conference of its kind - a highly sought-after, annual event created to bring women together for a day that is inspiring, empowering and deeply affirming.
Confidently You is about showing up as yourself - without apology, without comparison, and without shrinking.
It’s about building confidence from the inside out, connecting with like-minded women, and walking away feeling clearer, stronger and supported in your next steps.
This full-day event sells out every year and welcomes women from across the Fraser Coast and beyond - business owners, professionals and women ready to grow personally and professionally.
EmpowerHer is also proud to raise vital funds for the Fraser Coast Hospice.
Through ticket sales, raffles and silent auctions, over $15,000 has been raised across the past two years, directly supporting this incredible local service.

Danni Whiley is a Strategic Storytelling Mentor and founder of Danni Socials, known for helping service-based women transform their content from surface-level posting into powerful messaging that builds trust, authority, and consistent client demand.
After years working in social media management, Danni recognised a challenge many women in business face. It is rarely a lack of expertise or strategy holding them back. More often, it is a lack of clarity and confidence in how they communicate their value.
Through her work, Danni helps women harness the power of strategic storytelling, using their voice, lived experience, and unique perspective as their strongest positioning tools. She empowers women to clearly articulate what makes them different, communicate with authority, and create content that genuinely connects with their audience and converts into opportunities.
Her approach is practical, authentic, and deeply aligned with the EmpowerHer 2026 theme, Confidently You, helping women show up with conviction rather than comparison.
Adrianna Lazos
Adriana Lazos is a speaker, educator, and transformational mentor devoted to helping women reconnect with their truth, strengthen their self-belief, and step into life and business with greater confidence and clarity.
She is the creator of The Awakened Heroine Code, a powerful framework that supports women to honour their story, reclaim their voice, and rise into their next chapter with courage and intention.
Known for her calm, grounded, and heartfelt presence, Adriana creates spaces where women feel safe to reflect, reset, and realign. Her work goes beyond surface-level personal development, helping women reconnect with who they truly are and trust themselves more deeply.
Through her keynote, Adriana will inspire attendees to embrace their story, trust their inner wisdom, and move forward with renewed confidence, purpose, and alignment. Her message is one that resonates long after the event is over, empowering women to step into the next version of themselves with courage and authenticity.
Jacqui Maloney
Jacqui Maloney is a Speaking and Media Coach who works with influential CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to elevate their presence, impact, and confidence on stage, on camera, and in the room.
From a young age, Jacqui was drawn to storytelling through acting, recognising the power stories have to influence, connect, and create meaningful change. Today, she combines that passion with practical communication strategies to help her clients speak with clarity, authenticity, and confidence.
Jacqui has supported clients in securing keynote speaking opportunities, media appearances, and major personal and professional achievements, including helping a client secure a Top 10 placement in Miss Universe Australia 2025.
She is also the Founder of The Makuru Foundation, an organisation dedicated to improving care and support for women and families experiencing pregnancy loss in Western Australia.
Through her keynote, Jacqui will challenge attendees to step into their visibility, own their voice, and communicate with greater confidence and impact, both professionally and personally.
