Refund policy.

We work hard to create high-quality experiences for our community. Because our events require advanced planning, venue bookings, guest speakers, catering, and resource development, we follow a clear refund structure.

Event Refunds:

  • Event tickets are non-refundable

  • Tickets may be transferred to another attendee

  • If we cancel an event, a full refund or credit will be provided

  • If we reschedule, tickets will transfer automatically

Membership Refunds:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

  • Members receive immediate access to benefits, therefore refunds cannot be issued

  • If a payment fails, access may be paused until resolved

Workshops & Online Training:

  • No refunds for change of mind

  • Credits may be offered if a session is rescheduled
