We work hard to create high-quality experiences for our community. Because our events require advanced planning, venue bookings, guest speakers, catering, and resource development, we follow a clear refund structure.
Event Refunds:
Event tickets are non-refundable
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee
If we cancel an event, a full refund or credit will be provided
If we reschedule, tickets will transfer automatically
Membership Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable
Members receive immediate access to benefits, therefore refunds cannot be issued
If a payment fails, access may be paused until resolved
Workshops & Online Training:
No refunds for change of mind
Credits may be offered if a session is rescheduled
